All customer data is processed and stored exclusively in Germany, in a private data center in Frankfurt am Main, not a public cloud or hyperscaler such as AWS or Azure. No customer data ever leaves Germany. The solution aligns with recognized standards:
- GDPR-aligned data minimization and purpose limitation
- NIS-2 readiness: incident detection, log correlation, response support
- ISO 27001-aligned operating processes
- TLS encryption for all data transfers, plus encryption of stored sensitive data
- Defined retention: original logs kept 180 days; service data retained for the active contract period; customer data deleted 30 days after contract end
